Fixing a non-clickable linked image in your email
Last updated: August 7, 2026
If you have added a URL to an image but clicking it does nothing, the link wrapper may have been lost during editing. This can happen even when the URL appears to be correctly set on the image.
How to restore the clickable link
To fix a non-clickable image link, follow these steps:
Select the image with the broken link.
Remove the existing URL from the image's link field.
Paste the URL back into the link field.
Re-entering the link this way restores the link wrapper, making the image clickable again as expected.
When does this happen?
This issue can occur after editing or rearranging content blocks in your template. Even if the URL value is still visible in the settings, the underlying link wrapper that makes the image interactive may have been dropped. If clicking an image does nothing despite a URL being present, this fix should resolve it.
