Recharge

The Recharge integration enables the use of the subscription portal and resubscribe widgets. Prior to setting up Zaymo's integration with Recharge, please ensure your Klaviyo account is integrated with Recharge.

Zaymo's Recharge integration should take <5 minutes.

The Klaviyo/Recharge integration is a prerequisite to Zaymo's Recharge integration. Please ensure Klaviyo is receiving events from Recharge before moving forward. You can check this by opening the metric dropdown and searching "Recharge."

If you do not see any metrics, follow the Recharge guide for instructions on how to finish the integration.

*Can only be setup by an account owner or someone with access to API Tokens

Step 1: Log into Recharge and navigate to Apps > API Tokens.

Step 2: Click on Create an API token. Name the token and enter your email.

Step 3: Assign permissions to the token. Provide orders, discounts, subscriptions, customers, and products with read and write access.

Step 4: For store information, allow read access. Check the box at the bottom and hit Save.

Step 5: After successfully creating the API token, locate the Zaymo token and copy the API key.

Step 6: Switch to the Zaymo platform and log in. Navigate to Integrations > Recharge connection > Connect

Step 7: Paste the copied API key.

Step 8: Click connect again. A successful connection to Recharge will be confirmed.

Step 9: The integration should now be visible at the top of the screen, indicating a successful connection.

The Recharge integration has limited capabilities for the customer portal. Using Recharge, the customer portal can only function with a billing reminder trigger in a flow.

The one-click upsell functionality will not work in campaigns or other flows.

If you are interested in expanding this functionality, reach out to your account manager. You may be able to gain access to an experimental version of the Recharge integration.
