Collecting reviews through emails is more effective with Zaymo's interactive review block. To use this block and have reviews collected directly in interactive emails, Stamped must be integrated with both Zaymo and Klaviyo. This article covers connecting Stamped to Zaymo.
What does the Stamped integration unlock?
The Stamped integration unlocks the review block in Zaymo, so customers can write and submit a product review right inside the email, with no links or redirects out. Completed reviews are sent to Stamped for moderation, the same as any other review submitted through Stamped.
How do I set up the Stamped integration?
Prerequisite: connect Stamped to Klaviyo first, if you haven't already. The review block needs product and reviewer information from a Klaviyo review-request flow to know what to show.
Step 1: In your Stamped dashboard, open Settings, then Review Integrations, then API Keys.
Step 2: Copy your Public API Key and your Shop ID (also shown as Store Hash). Click + Add API Key to generate a Private API Key, and copy it too.
Step 3: Log in to Zaymo, navigate to Integrations > Stamped, and click Connect. Paste your Public API Key, Private API Key, and Shop ID, then click Connect. Keep your private key secret.
Step 4: Set the Collect Partial Reviews toggle. Leave it on to collect every review, even ones missing a title or body. Turn it off to only collect reviews that have both a title and a body filled out.
