Using Zaymo with Different Subscription Providers

Zaymo integrates with multiple subscription platforms to enable interactive email experiences for your subscribers. Here's what you need to know about our supported integrations and their capabilities.

Supported Subscription Providers

Zaymo currently integrates with the following subscription platforms:

  • Skio

  • Recharge

  • Loop

  • Stay AI

  • Ordergroove

  • Recurly Commerce

  • Submarine

Setting Up Your Integration

To use subscription features in Zaymo, you'll need to:

  1. Connect your subscription provider in Settings > Integrations

  2. Ensure you have a paid Zaymo plan that includes subscription features

  3. Complete the required setup steps for your specific provider

Provider-Specific Considerations

Skio

  • For one-time add-ons to work, products must be marked as "eligible for one-time" in Skio settings

  • Changes sync every 24 hours - contact support for manual sync if needed

  • Immediate purchase functionality requires additional development work

Recharge

  • Supports "pay quarterly but ship monthly" functionality

  • API permissions may need to be updated for full functionality

  • Legacy checkout settings don't affect Zaymo integration

Loop

  • Payment updates and cancellations still happen through Loop's portal

  • Pausing happens in the portal - Zaymo only offers delay functionality

  • Quarterly upgrade options are available

Stay AI

  • Prepaid subscription swaps require custom development

  • Auto-login links to portal need to be built on the Stay AI side

Switching Between Providers

If you're migrating from one subscription provider to another:

  1. Build new static email templates for your new provider in Klaviyo

  2. Contact Zaymo support to disconnect your old integration

  3. Connect your new subscription provider

  4. Rebuild your interactive emails in Zaymo for the new provider

  5. Export and test the new templates before going live

Important: When switching providers, your existing Zaymo emails will stop working once the old integration is disconnected. Make sure to pause any active flows using Zaymo templates before making the switch.

Custom Integrations

For subscription providers not listed above, Zaymo offers custom integration options through our API. This requires technical implementation on your end but allows you to use Zaymo with any subscription platform.
