Zaymo Email Blocks for Figma

Design emails with ready-made Zaymo blocks directly in Figma. Install the Zaymo Figma plugin yourself or send it to your design team, then connect it to your Zaymo organization from inside the plugin.

What does the Figma plugin do?

It drops static, on-brand mockups of Zaymo's interactive blocks straight into your Figma file, so a designer can lay out an email with real block shapes and placeholder content before anyone touches the Zaymo builder. The blocks available are:

  • Subscription Portal

  • Reactivate

  • Swap Up

  • Form

  • Action Button

  • Products (grid, carousel, or stacked layout)

These are mockups for design purposes, not live or interactive inside Figma — once a design is approved, someone still builds the real version of the email in Zaymo.

Installing the plugin

Get it from the Figma Community: Zaymo Email Blocks. You can install it on your own account or send the link to your design team — anyone using the plugin connects it to your organization individually (see below), so there's nothing to set up company-wide first.

You can also find this link from inside Zaymo: go to Integrations, find Figma, and click through from there.

Connecting the plugin to your organization

Connecting lets the plugin read your organization's brand styling (colors, fonts), so the blocks it drops into Figma actually match your brand instead of showing generic placeholders. It's read-only — the plugin can't make any changes to your Zaymo account.

  1. Open the plugin inside Figma.

  2. The plugin opens a Zaymo connection page in your browser. Sign in if you're not already.

  3. Choose which of your organizations to connect (if you belong to more than one).

  4. Click to confirm. You'll see a confirmation that the organization is connected.

  5. Go back to Figma — the plugin picks up the connection automatically, no need to paste in a code or token.

The connection request expires after 10 minutes if you don't complete it — if that happens, just go back to the plugin and start the connection again.

Using the blocks

Once connected, drag any of the blocks listed above into your Figma file. Each one comes in with placeholder content (like {Product Title} or a sample price) styled with your brand's colors and fonts, so you can lay out a real email design without switching over to the Zaymo builder first.
