Zaymo treats Rebuy as a recommendation algorithm. If you want to recommend shoppable items in the email with something fancier than a Shopify collection, Rebuy is currently the only 3rd party recommendation algorithm Zaymo supports.

The Rebuy integration unlocks an additional Zaymo Product Feed data source.

How do I set up the Rebuy integration?

Step 1: Log in to Rebuy. Navigate to Settings > API Keys

Step 2: Click on Create new API key

Step 3: Provide a name for the key

Step 4: Click on Create key and copy the generated API key

Step 1: Login to Zaymo and navigate to Integrations > Rebuy, and click Connect

Step 5: Paste the copied API key and click on Connect again

Known limitations

When using Rebuy product feeds with rule-based recommendations, the rules evaluate against all active subscription products for a customer, not just the products in the current or upcoming order. This means a rule may match even if the triggering product isn’t in the specific order being sent, as long as the customer has an active subscription to that product. Keep this behavior in mind when configuring your Rebuy product feed rules.
